Hi and welcome to VY Hair Extensions. I am Veronica, the founder of VY Hair Extensions, a third-generation hairstylist who started doing the hair extension method in 1991. This has been my dream to build a hair extension method with all types of hair.
Our salon offers a variety of services such as coloring, styling and haircuts for both men and women. We also offer a color bar membership program if you're interested.
Our salon holds instruction classes in hair extensions as an additional offered service with methods such as: sewing tape, K-tips, and V-light hair extensions.
Classes are held at the 831 Salon location or we can go to your salon location to conduct class.
We are in the heart of Soquel Village located at 831 Salon, 2841 Porter Street.

Hello! I'm Alfredo Barrientos! I was born and raised right here in Santa Cruz and have been doing hair for over 6 years.
I love helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own style. My specialities are dimensional brunettes, hair extensions, layered haircuts, and special occasion hairstyling.
Whether you're coming in for a fresh new look, a little maintenance, or getting ready for a big event, my goal is to make the process fun, easy, and all about you. I want you to leave my chair not only loving your hair, but also feeling like the best version of yourself.
